CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP requires WRITTEN notice to be provided to the Country Club Office. Corporations are responsible for any charges not paid by any employee of the corporation who becomes a member at Elk City Golf & C.C. A corporation will purchase one stock (and will only have one vote in Stockholders Meetings, regardless of the number of employees in active membership).
